Taylor's Plumbing is a small family run business in Waterdown, ON. We're dedicated to assisiting our customers by providing them with excellent customer service and professional plumbing solutions to their problems. We've been in business since 1986 and are dedicated to providing a friendly environment to work in.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong communications skills and enjoys one on one interactions with clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products/services
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Office duties including creating reports, filing and other minor book keeping skills

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English to assist customers
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in data entry to accurately update customer information
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
