**Parterre Property Services Inc. is seeking a licensed and experienced Condominium Manager.**

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Condominium Manager is primarily responsible for managing programs designed to provide the highest level of communications and service to the organizations condominium management client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with Owners/Residents and Board Directors
- Monitor the implementation of programs and processes that facilitate strong relationships and client corporate performance
- Understand and manipulate financial reporting to evaluate performance and develop solutions to enhance performance
- Formulates proactive changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in client-facing meetings on budget performance, resident satisfaction and facility performance

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced training in condominium management services
- Licensed Condominium Manager
- Knowledge of specialized property jurisprudence and accounting regulations as they relate to the property accounting for all property types
- Proven management / leadership skills
- Ability to make strategic recommendations to the client and the Parterre executive team
- Computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hands on, strong team player and fully accountable for delivering on agreed upon metrics

**Working Conditions**:
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Outlook: 3 years (required)
- Leadership: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Word: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RECA license to provide condominium management services (required)

Work Location: In person
