Dental Receptionist/treatment Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, and treatment teams
- In-depth knowledge of dentistry and ability to explain, present and educate patients on their dental treatment options, including procedures, costs and insurance coverage
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, with an emphasis on maintaining an efficient schedule and minimizing wait times
- Communicate treatment plans and financial information to patients in a clear and understandable manner
- Follow up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with their treatment and any concerns are addressed
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other team members in the office to ensure a cohesive and positive patient experience

**Requirements**:

- **3-6 years of experience in dental reception/dental treatment coordination**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Dentrix software and Microsoft Office would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
Consists of Day Shift, Evening Shift, & 2 Sat's per month

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
