**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Experience working with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Oversee clerical duties such as creating invoices, filing, data entry, and document management to maintain an organized office environment.
- Payroll for a small team (3-6 people)
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Interest in property management, rentals and marketing a bonus.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Hands on experience with bookkeeping and Sage 50 accounting program.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media posting, advertising, marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask with various types of tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcasing professionalism at all times.
- Positive, energetic attitude and effective communication style among team members.
