Bilingual Career Counsellor
Hybrid, Montreal, QC (downtown)
Permanent, Part time (19 hours)
The opportunity
Help clients assess their strengths at work, provide them with a framework for resolving career planning issues and advise them on effective job search strategies so they can establish realistic career goals. Service is offered in-person and over the phone.

What you will do
- Provide career counselling or employment counseling over the phone and in-person;
- Administer orientation tests and interpret the results to explore career path;
- Provide a structure for clients to self-assess;
- Guide clients through the steps and the choice of effective strategies to adopt to achieve their professional goals
- Perform the administrative tasks required in connection with the assigned cases.
Who we are looking for
- Master's degree career counselling, guidance or related field;
- Member in good standing of the Order of Career Counsellors of Quebec;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory;
- 3 years of post-master's experience in the career counselling field;
- Experience working with an adult population;
- Experience administering and interpreting professional aptitude assessment tools (Level B).
Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
