Office Assistant: Temporary help needed during busy spring season. (1 MONTH TERM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide quotes for spring & summer services.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Complete any other small office tasks that are required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in computerized office systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a casual, temporary position in an office. If all works out, we will continue to have the applicant in the office to cover any future vacations as well. If this seems to be a good fit for you, we look forward to hearing from you

The position start date is weather depending. Could be a mid-March or early April start.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
