**Event Description**:
The National Bank Open is a prestigious professional tennis tournament that takes place from **August 5th-13th.**

**Requirements**:

- SmartServe Certification
- Experience in a front facing and/or fine dining bartending environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Can remain calm and courteous in times of high demand.
- Ability to build and create craft cocktails to exact specifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of all beverage menus available, as well as daily specials. Ability to assist guests regarding beverage choices.
- Comply and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures
- Maintain a clean and aesthetic work space/bar
- Consistently provide guests professional and engaging service to enhance their experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
- Control and keep track of beverage inventory.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Provide professional expert wine, beer or beverage pairing recommendations towards complimenting specific dining choices
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to our Guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
