**Company**

Muni Robata is a fine dining Japanese restaurant centrally located in the core of downtown Toronto. At Muni, we offer our guests an unforgettable dining experience by pairing excellent food with experienced service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with guests, take food orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food, clear plates and reset tables in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with colleagues in the kitchen and on the floor in order to provide an excellent dining experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant, and maintain the cleanliness of all areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with manager to handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years restaurant experience, preferably in a fine dining setting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Can remain calm and courteous in times of high demand.
- Experience using POS systems is strongly preferred, particularly TouchBistro.
- Must be Smart Serve certified.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Multi-lingual is always a great addition.
- Bartending experience or interest in mixology.
- Fun and vibrant personality.
- Customer service is driven and great people skills.

**Job Terms**:

- Work Location: 30 Saint Patrick St., Toronto, ON M5T 3A3
- Shift Requirement: evenings and weekends, approx. 4:30pm to 11:30pm
- Compensation: $15.5/hr + tips, we are a fine dining restaurant and have a very decent tip pool.
