**The Role**:
The Adventure Group’s mission is to create spectacular experiences for people that lead to moments of personal growth. While behind the scenes, the Technical Maintenance Assistant helps with the delivery of required inspections and maintenance work ensuring guests and employees have a positive and safe experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspection and maintenance of TAG’s Aerial Obstacle Course (AOC) and Superfly Ziplines
- Support the inventory management of all parts and supplies
- Respond to last minute requests or changing priorities to ensure operational delivery.
- Ensure safe working practices are being used in the workshop at all times
- Ensure all inspections are completed on time and correctly; all courses are monitored closely and opened and closed as required
- Maintain a clean and neat site (both guest and non-guest facing)
- Anticipating and problem solve issues to ensure smooth daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous maintenance experience and/or education desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience of various hand tools
- Positive attitude and willing to be a team player and learn new skills
- Service orientation: committed and driven to provide a positive service to stakeholder
- Flexible to changing priorities and schedules
- First aid an asset
- Must be able to lift 30lbs and be able to work a physically demanding job, in an outdoor environment, being mobile and on your feet for the majority of the shift
