This position is located in our downtown Edmonton branch. Of course, there is freedom to work from home as needed, but we love being together Why? **The Role**
As a Marketing Specialist at Elantis, you'll be responsible for:
Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, including content, forms, lead magnets, and landing pages. Manage the company's marketing automation platform and analyze monthly performance metrics.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Proposal Management:
- Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings and align with client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and tailor proposals to specific client requirements.
- Support the end-to-end proposal process, including tracking submission deadlines, coordinating resources, managing and updating proposal content, facilitating internal reviews and approvals, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze proposal results, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance win rates and proposal quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.
Here are some of the skills we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, copy writing, proposal management, or business development. Experience in the technology industry is an asset.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages and informs target audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint administration.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field.
