As a part of the Vehicle Operations Manufacturing organization, and within the role of the HR Business Partner - Team Coordinator, Labour Relations you will guide a team of HR Business Advisors in the Labour Relations and Hourly Personnel functions to implement strong proactive and responsive People and workforce management processes with attention to detail and organizational best practices. You will play a central, coordinating role in fostering an effective and inclusive work environment balancing both employee advocacy and stewardship that aligns with our Ford+ company purpose.

**Delivering Ford + with Aligned Roles and Responsibilities**:
**HR Specialist/Senior Specialist - Team Coordinator, Labour Relations**:

- Build strong working relationships with operations partners, Unifor, HR Colleagues and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives
- Guiding operations partners with respect to the administration of the Collective Agreement and HR/LR policies and programs
- Coaching and developing HR/LR Associates to implement policies, procedures, investigations and communication needs on a timely and consistent basis
- Leading key elements related to people matters - including grievance research and resolution, disciplinary action, early warning indicator investigations and data analytics, and attendance / presenteeism strategies
- Leadership of hourly workforce planning/staffing activities
- Provide analytics and research for local Unifor contract negotiations

**Change Leadership**:

- Drive process improvement within the Labour Relations and Hourly Personnel functions aligned to Ford+ principles
- Build individual capability and team effectiveness of our HR Business Advisor Team
- Role model the Ford + behaviours as we continue to cultivate a culture of belonging that is aligned with delivering sustainable and competitive business results

**Technical Expert**:

- Leverage conflict management processes to influence, negotiate and achieve optimal solutions with key stakeholders (i.e. employees, Unifor, and operations)
- Uses data analytics to coach and facilitate Labour and workforce management activities and attendance management processes to improve results and organizational effectiveness

**Skills/Knowledge/Requirements**:

- Previous Labour Relations and negotiations experience
- Self-starter, with superior interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Customer-focused and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a solutions-oriented mindset, demonstrated conflict resolution capability
- Prior experience working directly with Union leadership representatives
- Ability to guide and influence across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
- Experience in Design Thinking
- Working knowledge in relevant employment laws
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management and organizational development
- Proven experience in delivering human resources process improvement actions
- Provide for coordination and coverage as required of HR Business Advisor absences

**Position Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources field
- 3-5 years experience as a HR Generalist, with focus in workforce management, attendance management systems, collective agreement administration and Labor Relations preferred.
