Site Supervisor
The Site Supervisor is generally responsible for overseeing cleaning staff and completing activities such as: assigning daily duties to the cleaning team in their designated areas, providing feedback and communication on an ongoing basis with the Site Manager, follow up on work orders, complete inspections and train and assist cleaners as required.
**Duties**:
Daily
- Check in with staff and check on their routine and ensure outstanding work order completion
- Walk site and perform inspections and attend to any outstanding requests
- Check in with Site Manager and report duties and work order completion and follow up on outstanding work orders
- Plan and assess outstanding work order completion and follow up schedule/timeline
- Assist team members to meet their area cleanliness standards
- Maintain storage areas, cleaning equipment, materials and supplies in a safe, tidy and healthy manner
- Review daily cleaning and washroom logs for completion. Follow up on any issues or anything outstanding
Weekly
- Ensure schedule is communicated out the cleaning staff and staff are aware of any shift changes
- Perform supply count, stock and inventory, and pars levels
- Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs
- Weekly site inspection of areas for cleanliness and quality
Monthly
- Meet with Site Manager for in depth review of site operations and personal development
Periodic
- Train new and onboard new hires
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising commercial cleaning
- Excellent English verbal and reading skills
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Working knowledge of how to run and perform minor repairs of autoscrubbers
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
- Positive and proactive attitude, Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to adhere to safety requirements, Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Everclean is a large successful Facility Services company, and we are currently hiring a **full-time Site Supervisor at Lougheed Mall in** **Burnaby, BC**.
**Hourly wage**: $21.00
**Shift Details**: Requires flexibility, mostly will be between Tuesday - Saturday.
