Quality Assurance Analyst

**The things you’ll do**:

- Split your time equally between manual testing, automation testing and QA blitzes.
- Coordinate and facilitate QA blitzes with the development team to ensure the right amount of coverage and testing has been done on each new feature.
- Create, document and maintain automated test cases, including our CI nightly automation suites using Selenium (Katalon) and Git.
- Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results.
- Select and identify functional areas and manual test cases for automation, giving the biggest ROI.
- Work with the development team to understand new features and add new test cases to our existing test suites.
- Advocate for testing best practices, such as Exploratory Testing and Continuous Integration (CI).
- Work with the QA team to identify, recommend, develop, implement and maintain quality assurance testing processes.
- Work collaboratively as a team on feature testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, reviewing and executing test cases and test plans.
- And of course, other duties to support the Axonifam and further build your skills.

**The things you bring**:

- **Performance.** Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously while making a large impact.
- **Passion for Quality Assurance**. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality with every task and project. Ability to also think at a high level, looking at how the results of the test can impact the overall product. You are keen to dig into manual testing, automation testing, run QA blitzes, perform exploratory testing and RC testing.
- **Tools.** Strong knowledge of software QA tools and processes. Experience in JIRA, TestRail, Git and Jenkins would be an asset. Experience in front-end automation testing, preferably in Selenium (Katalon) and TestNG would also be an asset.
- **Team Player**. Builds bridges among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Desire to work in a very fast-paced, evolving and dynamic environment.
