Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems
- Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
- Assemble fittings and valves for installation
- Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed
- Use saws and pipe cutters as necessary
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Analyze problem and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading for plumbing layouts
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
- Knowledge of quality control principles in plumbing work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate plumbing projects effectively
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore
- Competence in using tools like Bluebeam for schematics
- Strong understanding of various plumbing codes and regulations
