**Position Type**: Full Time/Hourly

**THE POSITION**

You will be:

- Managing projects hands on, assisting with the estimation & management of our in house electricians.
- Planning EV projects and ordering materials, chargers, etc
- Reporting to customers and management with project feedback.
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Ensuring work quality is high.
- Go through company training and development program.
- Meeting with Stratas and guiding them through the EV Ready Plan process
- Creating or assisting in the creation of EV Ready Plans, dealing with engineers and councils
- Selling EV ready installations to property managers, owners, owner's reps & individual owners

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience in fast pacedenvironments.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience as an electrician/apprentice is an asset but not required
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean driver abstract.
- Knowledge in current and future EVSE BC hydro rebates, standards and procedure
- Passion for sustainability and the future for an EV ready city
- Self motivated and able to work alone.
- Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
