**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all day to day transactional business involving the office’s marketing and sales coordination in the community. This will include the selling and maintenance of existing campaigns;
- Develop, book and maintain on transactional sales lead-based on specific requirements with input from Business Developement Managers;
- Develop relationships with clients to learn their business and communication needs;
- Responsible for large volumes of communication results of campaigns for clients.
- Renegotiate and manage make goods/pre-emptions as required and maintain accurate files
- Initiate Marketing and Promotions ongoing
- Lead agency visits involving service requirements, updates, business opportunities, presentation and various other meetings that will strengthen relationships with the agency community;
- Track sales performance based on rating
- Organize and maintain accurate files, records and documentation for easy and quick retrieval
- Completion of special projects and other duties as required

About You

**What We Need from You**:

- College Diploma
- Strong communication (both written and oral), networking, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and proven organizational skills
- Proactive, problem solver and ability to execute strategic plans
- Highly proficient computer skills; expertise using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Understanding of Ecommerce, SaaS, Digital Healthcare Solutions, Software, Platform and Application (plus)
