Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline/equivalent experience,
- 2-4 years’ experience in Construction
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Basic understanding of construction sequences
- Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
