Jetline Contracting is looking for a Project Coordinator. We are specialists in Steel Stud Framing, Insulation, and Drywall installations, serving the Lower Mainland for 18 years with over 50 years of combined experience. Our projects range from Residential and Commercial High-Rise Buildings to Multi-Family Housing Complexes, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings. We aim to deliver projects on time and within budget with the highest construction industry standards.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steel Stud Drywall Project Coordinator located in Richmond, BC. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for estimating, office communication, and other office level site related tasks within steel stud framing, insulation, and drywall installation projects. Daily tasks include project planning, scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing, pricing and coordinating changes, conducting site visits, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in steel stud framing, insulation, and drywall installations
- Project coordination, planning, and scheduling skills
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and conduct site visits
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Management or related field
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience with electronic take off software, like OST or Planswift
- Experience pricing projects, changes, etc...

**Starting Salary**

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually (based on skills and experience)

2 weeks paid vacation.
