We are looking for a Business analyst to analyze our company operations and processes. Business Analyst responsibilities include analyzing the feasibility of new goals and strategies, identifying problems and proposing approaches to reach objectives. You will implement new technologies and make strategies by collecting requirements from relevant business units, which will then help achieve our business targets. Since you will be in touch with a variety of departments, we expect you to be flexible in your work methods and open to suggestions. You should also have excellent communication skills as you will be in charge of communicating risky areas, obstacles or opportunities to managing staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Confirm that the technology infrastructure is able to support the new project.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand business strategy and customer needs.
- Collaborate with system designers and architects to design technical solutions.
- Keep current with new trends and technologies in the field (e.g. cloud services, programming languages etc.) and advise other team members accordingly.
- Design detailed project plans and visualize workflow, timelines, costs and communications channels.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) to identify all possible risks, issues and gaps in the current project plan.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze data and identify risk factors prior to execution of the project.
- Communicate development progress with management team at regular intervals (weekly, monthly etc.).
- Help project manager prioritize tasks by working through details of deliverables.
- Make decisions on complex issues based on input from various sources (project managers, programmers etc.).
- Track development costs against budget, conduct project risk analysis and provide recommendations for additional funding if needed.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour
