Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the **Business Analyst **will work closely with decision makers, department heads and solution providers to identify, recommend, implement, and support solutions that assist in reporting and decision-making tools for sales operations, marketing, product design, manufacturing, e-commerce and financial planning departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with members of different department to understand their workflows and participate in the assessment and optimization of current business processes for improvement in its efficiency and user experience.
- Act as an intermediary between I.T., users and managers from different hierarchical levels.
- Responsible for obtaining employees feedback and identify improvement opportunities leading to business operations enhancement initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials (videos, documents, process maps).

**Education and Experience**
- Degree in business administration (specialized in accounting, finance, business analytics, logistics and operation management or IT), industrial engineering or any other degree in a relevant field

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Analytical problem-solving skills, employing a balance of best practices, creativity, and common sense
- Effective communicator, possessing the ability to speak with technical and non-technical staff, and a good understanding of how to interview employees to determine functional specifications, business requirements, and usability
- Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis/documentation
- A team player and excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions and worldwide stakeholders
- Knowledge of ERP, PIM, DAM, ecommerce platform, Power BI or SQL Reporting Services systems (an asset)

Relevant de l'Analyste d’Affaires Principale, l'**Analyste d’Affaires **travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les décideurs, les chefs de service et les fournisseurs de solutions pour identifier, recommander, mettre en œuvre et prendre en charge des solutions qui facilitent les rapports et les outils de prise de décision pour les départements de vente, de marketing, de la conception de produits, de fabrication, de commerce électronique et de planification financière.

- Collaborer avec les membres de différents départements pour comprendre leurs flux de travail et participer à l'évaluation et à l'optimisation des processus d'affaires actuels pour l'amélioration de son efficacité et de l'expérience utilisateur.
- Agir à titre d'intermédiaire entre les TI, les utilisateurs et les gestionnaires de différents niveaux hiérarchiques.
- Participer à l'implantation de nouveaux systèmes applicatifs pour améliorer la productivité de l'organisation ainsi que soutenir les employés face au changement.
- Effectuer le support applicatif sur PIM et DAM en assurant la formation/coaching et la résolution des billets des utilisateurs.
- Responsable d'obtenir les commentaires des employés et d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration menant à des initiatives de perfectionnement des opérations commerciales.
- Créer et tenir à jour le matériel de formation (vidéos, documents, diagrammes de processus).

**Éducation et expérience**
- Diplôme en administration des affaires (spécialisé en comptabilité, finance, analyse commerciale, logistique et gestion des opérations ou informatique), génie industriel ou tout autre diplôme dans un domaine pertinent
