The maintenance crew requires:

- operation of equipment such as push mower, string trimmer, blower
- Weeding, pruning, mulching and garden bed edging
- Raking debris and cleanup of site
- Reporting on time, daily to the Crew Leader
- Load and unload work trucks
- Assist with maintaining/cleaning of work trucks and tools/equipment
- Properly care for tools/equipment on job site to avoid loss or misuse
- Ensure that all PPE is worn in compliance with company and legislative regulations

**This can be a full-time, year round position including winter season snow removal which entails**:

- Shovelling walkways for our commercial and residential sites
- Salting sidewalks and walkways
- Must be available and on-call with 24 hours notice prior to snow removal shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete maintenance services on various sites within a crew
- Full service lawn maintenance for residential, commercial and multi-residential customers (condos, townhomes, and commercial properties).
- Daily tasks include: mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, planting, tree/hedge trimming, weeding and other garden maintenance projects
- Inspect vehicles and equipment daily to ensure safe operation
- Speak with clients in a professional manner
- Cooperate with crew leader and other employees

**Requirements**:

- Experience in landscape maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License - NOT ON A BUS ROUTE
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Able to work in a team environment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and co-worker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.15 per hour
