As the Audio Visual Lead, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the overall P&L of the Audio-Visual business line.
- Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians on the pursuit and execution of projects and services within the technology portfolio.
- Promote and drive team collaboration and maintain team moral.
- Develop business profile by enhancing, informing, and changing the customer perspective on AV innovations and trends.
- Devise promotional activities and assist sales and estimating teams wherever possible.
- Drive compliance and accuracy on the Salesforce CRM platform and partner with the technology sales team to drive use and consistency of the tool.
- Increase profitability of the group overall, through active and effective management of resources, cross training, and skill elevation.
- Work collaboratively with directors to engage and develop appropriate staff as part of a strategic succession plan.
- Ensure corporate safety programs are communicated and adhered to on all projects and rollouts.
- Collaborate with legal and contracts team to ensure alignment with the terms and conditions of contracts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related Audio-Visual Project Management experience within the construction industry and familiarity with a variety of construction field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Minimum five (5) years of General Business, Sales and/or Operations management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in people engagement, employee development, operational strategy development and execution.
- Experience in budgetary planning, profit & loss management, and contract management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and end users.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Scheduling tools and other relevant business software suites.
- Self-starter and committed to contributing in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of technology systems.
- CTS-D, CTS, PMP or MBA is an asset.
