**Description**

Our Client is seeking an Intermediate Project Coordinator to lead a team in the development, implementation and execution of information technology projects. The position will use diverse IT expertise to operate independently on assigned work or provide guidance to others. This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of IT projects, and oversees all aspects of projects. It builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects while preparing reports for upper management regarding status of each project and recommending improvements as necessary.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (5+ years)
- Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. (5+ years)
- Experience in a project management role. (5+ years)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. (5+ years)

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level. (5+ years)
- Experience in project coordination of information management / information technology initiatives (2+ years)
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (5+ years)
- Experience leading change management and communication planning. (5+ years)
- Experience working in an enterprise architect environment. (4+ years)

**Location**
- Edmonton/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 1.5 years with possible 6-month extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
