**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to develop tailored financial plans.
- Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial plans using data entry skills.
- Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring excellent front desk and administrative support.
- Monitor clients' progress towards their financial goals and make adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a financial or administrative setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with clerical duties including data entry and office management tasks.
- A background in finance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
