**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a vital member of the GRETA team, your role as a Dishwasher is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our establishment. Your dedication to adhering to health and safety guidelines and your ability to anticipate needs will be essential in upholding our standards of excellence. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in maintaining cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers

- Ability to anticipate needs and contribute to providing excellent guest experiences
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines, particularly in dishwashing procedures
- Capacity to adhere to opening and closing procedures to maintain operational efficiency
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a standing position for prolonged durations

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Anticipate co-workers' needs to enhance guest experiences
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines for proper dishwashing procedures
- Execute opening and closing procedures to maintain kitchen and dish area efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
