**Overview**
As a DISHWASHER your primary focus will be setting up and operating the dishwashing machine. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning duties inside and outside the restaurant as well as helping the culinary team.

**Key Activities and Tasks**
- Keep the dishwashing area organized, tidy and clean
- Set up the dishwashing area and operate the dishwashing machine
- Regularly clean the catch and garbage screens to make sure the wash arms are clear of debris
- Set up bus pans for soaking
- Set up three sinks for manual washing
- Keep the outside area clean, free of litter, and sweep if necessary
- Complete cleaning jobs outlined by your management team
- Keep the garbage containers emptied and cleaned
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures

**Working Environment**
- Majority of time will be standing in a kitchen
- Irregular and longer working hours
- Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
