**Fabrene** **Inc.** is a leader in the manufacturing of woven Polyolefin materials for a wide variety of building, protective, and packaging products. The North Bay, Ontario plant operates 24/7 and involves a variety of extrusion, plastic and têxtile processing equipment.

**OVERVIEW**:

- Permanent Full-Time
- 12-hour Rotating Continental Shift Schedule
- Base Rate: $21.71/hour gradually increasing to $29.71 in 3 years (based on CBA negotiations)

**Responsibilities**:
The Production Operator will perform various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production, inspection of products and packaging needs throughout the facility. Production Operator will take pride in their safety mindset, attention to quality and excellent attendance.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Job duties vary by area of assignment (Extrusion, Beaming, Weaving, Finishing).
- Responsible for overall operation of assigned production equipment and/or process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing is considered an asset.
- Experience with shift work is considered an asset.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
