Join Famous Footwear as a **Store Manager** where you'll be driven to uphold Famous Footwear’s retail image, operational and sales standards while continually building and developing a famously successful team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- **Meeting Sales Goals.** Be passionate about driving sales and take pride in reaching goals as a team.
- ** Develop Team Members.** Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwear’s brand image and operational standards.
- ** Inventory Management.** Ensure completion of all inventory management-related activities and leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
- ** Customer Service. **Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer’s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
- ** Store Presentation. **Ensure that the store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit:
- 3+ years of supervisory or retail management experience or related, preferred
- Passion for creating inspiring experiences for our associates and customers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
