**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitor and maintain store budgets, expenses, and financial goals
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and upper management
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and retail sales strategies
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
