MAINTENANCE

WORKER

**General Description**
- To perform maintenance and landscaping services to residents of Elim Lodge.
- To partner in accomplishing the mission and vision of Elim Lodge Inc.

**Responsibilities**
- Completing work assigned, including basic maintenance work and landscaping.
- Accomplishing general maintenance duties - both indoor and outdoor - and working as part of the Maintenance Team.
- Preparing suites for new residents.
- Assisting in emergency situations related to the building and grounds, and reporting any occurrences to the Facilities Manager for Elim Lodge Inc.
- Reports to Facilities Manager for Elim Lodge Inc.
- Other building maintenance related duties as assigned.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Full-time: This position is a full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary: The salary range is $21-25.
- Benefits: There are health and pension benefits provided as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

**Work Schedule**
- The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or another mutually agreed upon period not exceeding 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week.
- This includes paid coffee breaks and an unpaid half hour for lunch.
