As an **Applications & Data Manager** for Upper Canada Forest Products, you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and enhance our technology operations.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and provide technical direction to internal Applications & Data team personnel.
- Manage strategic partner/vendor relationships.
- Develop, implement & maintain policies and procedures.
- Oversee role-based permissions and data governance.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of system documentation and knowledgebase materials.
- Manage end user training activities.
- Oversee ITSM processes.
- Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
- Additional assignments/projects as assigned.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Experience managing a team.
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Familiar with ERP, CRM, data warehouse and other Enterprise Applications.
- Strong management and organization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
