We are currently seeking a Data Migration Coordinator to join our team remotely in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Data Migration Lead in coordinating interactions across global, deployment, and local teams, ensuring timely resolution of cross-functional open items.
- Support global deployment methodology by managing risks and issues, tracking high-risk items and blockers, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Contribute to defect prioritization through object dependency analysis and assist in resolving critical issues.
- Facilitate data migration deployment, including onboarding, training, and preparation to ensure team readiness.
- Collaborate with Business Data Owners, SAP Functional and Technical consultants to coordinate data loads, track JIRA tickets, and update project plans and reports.
- Validate and reconcile data migration deliverables as needed.
- Create and review test packages and plans to ensure quality deliverables.
- Assist with the Cutover Plan, ensuring successful dress rehearsals and production loads.
- Conduct quality checks on JIRA defects to confirm clear descriptions, mandatory fields, and accurate tracking (e.g., resolution owner, root cause, resolution time).
- Monitor and follow up on issues related to Data Migration Tools and their owners.
- Align data migration plans with deployment project management, including defining workshop agendas and coordinating requirements.
- Generate project communications and status reports.
- Support data readiness, cleansing, and quality efforts for the project.
- Track and manage Test Plan lifecycle for DVS executions in SAP SolMan.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 6+ years of SAP Data Migration experience (SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
- Delivered at least two SAP Data Migration projects in S/4HANA.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Managed large-scale SAP implementation and data migration projects, including ERP transformations and business change initiatives.
- Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.
- Expertise in SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, such as BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus.
- Experience with S/4HANA and AGILE/SAFe methodologies; proficiency with tools like JIRA.
- Project management certifications (e.g., Prince 2, PMP).
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency with SAP SolMan.
