**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Service & Production Planning, the primary role of the Manager, Demand Planning is to oversee the Production Planning and Distribution Planning teams while designing, implementing and overseeing the execution of our Master Plan involving capacity planning, forecasting, production planning and inventory management of our finished goods. This role involves leading, mentoring and developing the skillsets of the Production Planning Manager and the Distribution Planning manager and the strategies of those teams.
- Lead, mentor and develop the skillsets of the Production Planning Manager and the Distribution Planning manager and the strategies of their teams.
- Develop, maintain and monitor the sales and operations plan (S&OP) with other company leaders and executives on a monthly basis.
- Establish and develop the capacity plan required to attain growth forecasts, including product mix per plant, profitable distribution strategies etc.
- Develop yearly and monthly rolling forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation using a variety of statistical methods including regression, time series etc.
- Study demand variability, external variables affecting our demand and deviations between actual orders/demand and forecasts.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to properly plan and ensure long-term raw material and equipment availability in order to attain and produce to our forecast.
- Lead the process of establishment of Min-Max, inventory turnover, service level and overstock targets to meet company standards in all Techo-Bloc distribution centers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, statistics or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in demand planning and analytics.
- Bilingualism orally and written.
- Planning experience in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiencies.
- Advanced statistical and forecasting knowledge and experience.
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, cubes, graphs etc.).
