**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Research and identify key targets within designated commercial market segments.
- Proactively engage in cold calling to potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to offer marketing products and services.
- Actively seek and secure Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Participate in local industry-relevant networking groups.
- Support and manage social media and LinkedIn profiles.
- Uphold and enhance the company's assets and brand reputation.
- Organize and lead high-impact events such as Lunch and Learns and After-Hours Socials for clients.
- Travel as needed to engage with clients and maintain relationships.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company property, including vehicles.
- Accurately track sales, set goals, and manage commissions, submitting reports as required.
- Represent the company at trade shows, professional organizations, networking events, and meetings, which may require occasional travel.
- Engage in continuous personal development through goal setting, team meetings, production meetings, skill development programs, and training courses.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
