Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes. You will also be required to ensure that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

**Duties**:

- Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer requests
- Package baked goods for display or sale
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Experience in cake decorating is a plus
- Portfolio is a plus
