Muffin Baker

We are seeking a talented and organized Baker to join our team. As one of our bakers, you will prepare large quantities of muffins, scones and cookies. Previous experience in a professional baking environment is preferred. Must be available weekends and holidays. Shifts start at 5 am. Staff meal and drinks provided. Shared tip pool. Lots of free parking Benefits plan available for long term employees.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker
- Able to work mornings and weekends.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Physical endurance to stand for entire shift.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow existing recipes.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients.
- Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed.
- Monitor oven temperatures, speed settings, mixing machines, and other baking equipment.
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools.
- Monitor items during baking.
- Evaluate ingredients and food for quality.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
