**Synopsis of the role**

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, Equifax is looking for a Proposal Specialist/Writer. This person will be responsible for the timely completion of prospective/existing client-issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to accurately and favourably position Equifax services.

**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for the timely completion of prospective/existing client-issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to accurately and favourably position Equifax services
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of RFP/RFI response process
- Maintain open communications and work closely with stakeholders during the RFP process
- Establish and communicate appropriate deadlines to all stakeholders
- Consistently communicate with all RFP stakeholders to establish clear division of responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Consulting and Operations managers to address selected response items
- Develop and maintain RFP response database for assigned service offerings

**What experience you need**
- Bachelors degree, degree in business, communication, marketing or related fields
- Proven effectiveness translating solutions into effective business proposals
- Ability to analyze various business products and services
- Experience coordinating proposal development
- Experience editing content for clarity and consistency
- Deadline driven and able to adhere to aggressive proposal schedule deadlines and work with cross-functional teams
