IT Stockroom Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
To Manage any activities centered on receiving IT equipment shipped to the site, managing on-site IT equipment, and managing and disposing of obsolete IT equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Stockroom Management
- Formular with IT hardware (technical background is a plus)
- Strict adherence to site HSSE policy
- Drug and Alcohol testing may be required for surrounding sites
- Valid driver’s license may be required

**Duties**:

- Physical Security of IT equipment
- Physical Inventory / Control
- Shipping and receiving from supplier and between site locations
- Report stockroom incidents
- Maintain the central asset database (Service Now)
- Ensure equipment is prepared for disposal in accordance with the Global standard processes.
- Refreshes of Site equipment (laptops / Desktop/Mobile devices)
- Local Testing of new equipment
- Being a customer interface for local IT procurement
- Being the On-Site service coordinator for local escalations
- Being the End User interface for all available IT Catalog services and solutions
- Discussing IT requirements with End Users in order to provide advice and guidance in the provisioning of fit-for-purpose solutions to meet their business needs.
- Ticketing and Queue Management

**Salary**: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (required)

- Day Shift (preferred)
