**About Casa Foundation and the B.E.S.T. Program**

Casa Foundation for International Development is a non-profit organization committed to fostering entrepreneurship, leadership, and skill development among youth and underrepresented communities. The Build Empowered and Skilled Tomorrow (B.E.S.T.) the program is designed to equip youth with essential skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, digital marketing, and financial literacy while providing hands-on volunteer placements to support career development and community engagement.

**Job Summary**

The Placement Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing volunteer and service placements for program participants. They will establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, community partners, and internal departments at Casa Foundation to identify suitable placements. The Placement Coordinator will ensure that placements align with participants' skills development goals while supporting both participants and placement hosts throughout the process. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for community engagement and workforce development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Placement Management**:Identify, coordinate, and manage placement opportunities for program participants in alignment with their skill development and career goals.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and internal Casa Foundation departments to secure meaningful placement opportunities.
- **Participant Support**:Assist participants in the placement process by providing guidance, coaching, and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- **Host Support**:Ensure that placement hosts have the necessary resources and information to effectively mentor and support participants.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and document participant progress, collecting feedback from both participants and placement hosts to assess program impact and success.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the Project Manager, Education Coordinators, and other program staff to align placements with training and skill-building initiatives.
- **Program Development**:Contribute to the continuous improvement of the placement program by incorporating feedback and best practices.
- **Other Duties**: Assist with any additional media, marketing, or communication tasks related to the B.E.S.T. program.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, volunteer management, or workforce development.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and program evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in career counseling, job placement, or internship coordination.
- Knowledge of community development programs and employer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital tools for tracking and managing placements.
- Strong adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
