**Carpenters**

We are seeking motivated, hardworking **Carpenters** with experience in construction.Must have level 2 carpentry or experience equal too.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lay building foundations and prepare framing for cement;
- Install metal cladding and flashings;
- Build forms;
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment;
- Respect and respond to direction given by senior staff; other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 year(s) experience as a Carpenter;
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills;
- Ability to draw appropriate sketches to communicate details to team members, and others;
- Able to do layout, framing, finishing of typical projects, including a variety of room additions, and renovations;
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material/labor & cost estimates;
- Capability of reading blueprints and working at heights/with cranes;
- Must have a recent (6 months) criminal background check, to the satisfaction of the employer;
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.

A background check consisting of criminal record and professional references will be conducted. The successful applicant will be required to pass the background check to the satisfaction of our company.
