**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with dental software such as Tracker is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
- Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
