**Specific Skills**:
** Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service.

*Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
- Identify, label and catalogue items received
- Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area
- Process incoming requisitions
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
- Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment
- Dispatch deliveries
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Prepare and track work orders

** Receive payments from retail customers.
- Maintain records on inventory control system
- Answer customer inquiries
- Look up parts for imported vehicles
- Assisting customers by phone and in person
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Conduct sales calls
- Perform general office duties
- Clean and maintain office area, supply area and warehouse

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
