If you have honed your acute care nursing practice and are an experienced and innovative clinical educator who is skilled in developing, implementing and evaluating clinical practice standards at a regional level; then we have a rewarding permanent full-time opportunity for you as a Regional Knowledge Coordinator a Shuswap Lake General Hospital.

**What will you work on?**

The Regional Knowledge Coordinator in consultation with the Operations/Program/Practice Leader(s) works with Interior Health (IH) Leadership in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education, training and related knowledge services within the assigned practice area of Critical Care Nursing. This position will work Monday to Friday, days from 08:00 to 16:00.

- Completion of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Three (3) years’ recent, related experience in critical care nursing
- Two (2) years’ formal experience in adult teaching/learning, curriculum development, teaching, providing in services or staff development function; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Current practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current valid B.C. driver’s license
