Currently, we seek motivated and mechanically inclined individuals for our manufacturing locations.

**Saw Operator/Assembler DAYS Kitchener/Waterloo**

**Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm**

**Duties Include**:

- Measure and cut stock with exact specifications
- Adjusts machine tables for cutting devices and set controls on machines
- Determine product specifications and materials and check/verify sizes and stock
- Assembly of components
- Loading and unloading parts in machine
- Completing and documenting required quality checks and inspections
- Polishing and washing any parts during cycle
- Cleaning and upkeep of machine and surrounding work area
- Ensures continuity between shifts through clear and complete documentation of actions, irregularities and continuing needs
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned

**Physical Demands**:
Must be capable of working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

Ability to deal with conflict, stress and time constraints in an efficient, professional, courteous manner.

Must be able to mentally focus and visually concentrate frequently during each shift.

Required to carry out routine, repetitive tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, lifting, packing, stacking, bending, climbing / descending / going under or on equipment as well as some physical lifting.

Regularly exposed to noise, temperature change and lubricants and vibration.

Wears all PPE as required.
