**You Must Have**
- Expert in color matching across all skin tones
- 1-2 year of salon experience (or working knowledge)
- The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Friday through Sunday)

**Nice to Have**
- Comfortable with shampooing services, add on hair treatments, blow drying, hot tool styling
