**Job Summary**: Our Company is growing and we are looking for someone who is interested in growing with this role. We are continuing to expand our rental, service and warehouse operations, and we are looking for someone to grow with us in years to come. The Warehouse & Service Associate Employee will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, performing occasional delivery and pickup tasks, and overseeing the maintenance and inspection of our rental products. This role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Shipping and Receiving**:_
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and record inventory into the system.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring they meet shipping standards and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including inventory logs.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
- **Delivery and Pickup**:_
- Perform occasional delivery and pickup tasks as a backup driver, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
- Verify delivery/pickup paperwork and handle any required documentation.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle.
- **Rental Product Management**:_
- Oversee the inventory of rental products, including tracking usage, availability, and condition.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule pickups and returns of rental items.
- Ensure all rental products are clean, functional, and ready for the next use.
- **Service and Inspections**:_
- Conduct inspections and perform service on self-retracting lifelines and harnesses to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, services, and repairs.
- Address any issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
- **Qualifications**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Must have a valid Class G driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for servicing and inspecting equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
