**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate changes with the client, consultants, and contractor, and issue required documentation.
- Review and mark up shop drawings.
- Effectively communicate with clients and contractors to identify solutions when issues arise.
- Produce timely field reviews as projects progress.
- Monitor construction progress at project locations and ensure design & quality standards are maintained.
- Attend and/or chair project site meetings.
- Travel to project site within the province.
- Review of progress claims and additional contract administration documents.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Contribute to the team knowledge, mentor and support

**Capabilities**:

- Proficient in reviewing shop drawings and processing construction administration documents.
- Excellent knowledge in wood frame construction
- Maintain a professional manner while liaising with clients and contractors.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities.

**Skills Required**:

- hold a degree in Architecture or Design Technology, enjoys design and technical elements, have an eye for detail to ensure what is constructed conforms to code, architectural drawings, and contract.
- 5+ years experience with BC construction methods and projects
- able to coordinate changes, review shop drawings, lead site meetings, perform site reviews, and coordinate with the project team to ensure a smooth-running project in the construction phase to ensure conformity.
- has time management and the ability to contribute to meeting deadlines**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
