**The Opportunity**

As the VP of co-investment advisory, you will lead a small and growing team of dedicated professionals providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital pursuant to co-investment opportunities into infrastructure assets. You will be responsible for executing mandates within a short timeframe, presenting findings to investment committees, and developing and managing relationships with limited and general partners in Canada, the United States and globally. You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of this business segment, seizing opportunities to expand into new geographies, verticals and service offerings.

Your role will include:

- Originating co-investment advisory mandates with limited and general partners
- Directing the due diligence efforts of the team, including commercial, legal, tax, financial and ESG
- Preparing and presenting investment recommendation papers to senior members of the client team
- Setting the strategic direction and implementing the strategic plan for the business unit
- Establishing relationships with limited partners in Canada, the US and globally
- Establishing relationships with general partners active in North American infrastructure markets
- Liaising with the broader team for cross-group opportunities

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing
- Ability to analyze the qualitative and quantitative aspects of infrastructure assets
- Ability to direct the financial modeling of junior team members
- Experience with tax structuring, cashflow waterfalls, governance and transaction documentation
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute on client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership experience through past professional roles
- Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision
