Key Job Responsibilities:

- Smoothing and finishing of drywall surfaces in residential and commercial settings
- Supervising the work of the Drywall Finisher(s) and Labourer(s)
- Ensuring completion of jobs in a timely manner
- Manage inventory and place orders as required
- Communicate daily with President on any personnel issues, progress on jobs, and/or scheduling
- Liaison with clients and contractors as required
- Daily cleanup of job site
- Certifying that all work completed meets Prestige standards
- Other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s License (vehicle is provided)
- 3+ years’ experience in drywall finishing
- Previous experience in lead head role considered an asset, but not required
- Familiar with safety practices
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Working at Heights certification an asset, but will provide training if not
- Authorized to work in Canada

Working conditions may include working at heights, dusty environments, standing, bending and lifting up to 25lbs at a time.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
