**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete forming.
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and material requirements.
- Execute concrete finishing tasks with precision to ensure durability and aesthetics.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform restoration work as needed.
- Conduct plumbing tasks including installation and repair of fixtures.
- Carry out electrical work adhering to safety regulations and codes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, restoration, and construction painting.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to interpret technical documents effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience in concrete forming and finishing is a plus.
- Heavy equipment operation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
